This program will prepare and educate athletes about their transition into college, entering into professional sports and retiring from their sport. The program will provide a real, unfiltered approach to their athletic lifespan, with personal stories from other athletes.

Leadership is not about doing what's popular. Leadership is not about doing what's convenient for you its about having the presence of mind to do what's great for yourself; as well as what's great for your team; as well as the world around us. That's true leadership.
